Payment terms at a glance
· Nothing to pay today — prepaid insured label is on us upfront.
· Fixed quote with photos after diagnosis. Wrong service selected above? The quote/invoice is simply adjusted to the correct fixed price — nothing proceeds without your approval.
· 7 days to approve your quote (valid 30) · 14 days to pay an approved invoice · payment before work begins, by card / Apple Pay / Google Pay via secure Stripe link.
· Approve = repair price + flat $100 insured shipping both ways added to your invoice — or $75 total if you ticked the half-price prepay above (*half off the mail-in leg; prepay refunded minus label cost if the repair doesn't proceed). Decline or unrepairable = $88 service fee + return post, or free trade-in — your pick in section 6.
· Change of mind after approving: full refund minus $25 admin if parts aren't ordered; once parts are ordered or work has started, payment is non-refundable.
· No response for 30 days after quote = console handled under the Uncollected Goods Act 1995 (NSW) as set out in the Terms.
