Which controllers do you take?
Genuine PS5 DualSense and DualSense Edge, Xbox Series wireless and Elite Series 2, Switch Pro. Complete controllers only — no gutted shells or loose boards, no third-party copies. Not sure what you've got? Pick "Other" and describe it.
How does the postage work?
We email you a prepaid AusPost label within 1 business day. Pack the controller (a padded bag is fine), stick the label on, write your code on the outside, drop it at any Post Office. You pay nothing.
When do I get paid?
We test it the day it arrives. If it matches the tier you picked, the money goes to your bank account within 2 business days. If it doesn't, we email you the lower-tier offer — take it, or we post the controller back to you free.
What do you do with them?
Most faults sit in one part while the rest of the controller is fine. Good parts fix other people's controllers on our bench; the rest get rebuilt with TMR anti-drift sticks. Your broken one is raw material, not scrap.
