Trade-in questions
Can I trade in a console with no HDMI signal?
Yes — that's one of the most common trade-ins we accept. A "no signal" PS5 is typically worth $200-280. The calculator gives you a ballpark instantly. (Nintendo: Switch 2 only, quoted on inspection.)
What about water damage?
Yes — we accept liquid-damaged consoles. Offer is lower because corrosion is harder to recover from, but we still pay $40-120 depending on extent and model.
What if I just want it fixed and kept?
That's a repair, not a trade-in — go to our booking page. We'll fix and ship it back. Nothing to pay upfront — a flat $100 insured shipping (both ways) is added to your invoice only if you approve the repair.
Do I have to send all the cables and accessories?
No — we accept the console alone. Sending power cable + controller adds ~$10-20 to your offer for a working console.
How long do I have to accept the offer?
7 days from when we email you the confirmed offer. After 7 days the offer expires; after 30 days no response the console becomes our property (covers the inbound shipping + inspection).
What payment methods?
Cash = direct bank transfer (any AU bank including NAB, Commbank, ANZ, Westpac). Credit = applied to your account, usable instantly toward any of our services.

Can I trade in a broken or dead console?

How fast do I get paid?
Submit the form, we email you a prepaid AusPost label within 1 business day. Post the console (free), we inspect on arrival, confirm the offer, and pay you within 2 business days by bank transfer (or instantly via store credit).
Cash or credit — what is the difference?
Cash is paid by direct deposit to your bank account (any AU bank including NAB, Commbank, ANZ, Westpac). Store credit is worth 1.3× the cash offer and can be used toward a future repair, accessory, refurbished console or TMR stick upgrade.
