Is it really $0 to send my console in?
Yes. Book online, we email you a prepaid Australia Post label within an hour. You print it, stick it on a box, drop at any post office. Zero cost to you upfront.
How does payment work?
You only pay after we diagnose and you approve the fixed quote. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via a secure link (Stripe → our NAB account).
What if it can't be fixed?
Two options, you pick when you book: (1) Trade it in — free: we keep the console for parts, send you a trade-in offer in cash or store credit. (2) Mail it back: pay $25 return postage, we ship it back as-is.
How long does the whole process take?
Standard: 5-10 business days door-to-door. Express (+$59): 3-5 days. Priority (+$149): 2-4 days, with same-day repair on arrival. Full state-by-state turnaround guide here.
How long do I have to approve the quote?
7 days to approve, 14 days to pay an approved invoice. After 30 days no response, the console becomes our property — covers diagnostic + inbound shipping cost. Full terms on the how it works page.

Do you do board-level work?
Yes. Micro-soldering, BGA reflow, component-level repair — HDMI ports, PI3USB, power ICs, the lot. We don't just swap parts.
