The workshop is at 193 Pacific Highway, Charlestown NSW 2290, in the Newcastle area. From Canberra that is about 405 km by road, or roughly four and a half hours behind the wheel. Canberra is in the ACT and the workshop is in NSW, so we use Australia Post's interstate figures below rather than the same-state ones. They are the slower of the two. The postage speeds are Australia Post's published numbers, not ours. We quote ranges because next-business-day Express Post only runs inside Australia Post's own network. Canberra is on that list. Charlestown is not. So the ranges below are the published interstate figures, not a best case.

Shipping is a flat $100 both ways, fully insured, added to your invoice only if you approve the repair. Every tier includes the 3-month workmanship warranty. Postage speeds are Australia Post's published figures; next-business-day Express Post applies inside its network only, which is why we quote ranges.
The faults we see most, wherever they are posted from: PS5 HDMI port, PS5 won't turn on, PS5 white light, PS5 disc drive, controller stick drift, Xbox Series X won't turn on, Nintendo Switch repairs. Every one of them is a fixed price with photos before you pay.
Canberra is inside Australia Post's Express Post next-business-day network. The Canberra row lists postcodes 0200, 2600 to 2620 and 2900 to 2914, and that range takes in Queanbeyan NSW 2620 as well. Charlestown 2290 is not on the list, and there is no Newcastle row at all. So the Express Post leg between Canberra and the workshop runs at Australia Post's published interstate speed of 1 to 3 business days, not next day. Darwin is left out of the network altogether and Perth is CBD only.

Yes — every repair comes with a 3-month workmanship warranty. If the same fault returns at any point we'll fix it free and cover return postage.

If you want it back sooner, the Express Post tier is +$49 and puts both legs on Express Post, with the workshop starting within 24 hours of arrival.
Which Canberra post office do I take it to?
Any Australia Post outlet in the ACT, or Queanbeyan if that is closer. The label we email you is prepaid and insured. Get it scanned at the counter, ask for the lodgement receipt, and keep it until the console is back in your hands.
