We keep the console for parts. You get a trade-in offer — cash via bank transfer, or store credit (1.3× value) toward a repair, accessory, or refurbished console.

Mail it back unfixed ($25)

We pack it up and ship it back to you as-is with tracking. You only pay the return postage — no diagnostic charge.

Payment & timing

Strict but fair

Free shipping in plus a free diagnostic costs us real money. So our payment timeframes are firm.
